My vote- Nemo, because that's the only place you'll hear one of the best songs specifically written for a Disney World attraction: Go With the Flow. I downloaded the song from Itunes, but this pales in comparison to hearing it live.

I much prefer Nemo, personally. I love the music in the show, and enjoyed how the film was translated to the stage show.
