i was just at the movies today & saw the greatest preview poster ever for , u guessed it lilo & stitch, oooo man it was perfect, stitch sitting on the bottom of the page with a big grin on his face with some other disney characters (i think from aladdin, beauty & beast, mermaid, LION KING, snow white, & pinochhio) above him, looking down at him with the most disgusted looks on their faces (except for jasmine who seemed to be intrigued *wink* *wink*) ooo it was great, ill try to take a picture of it next time im there unless someone can get it b4 me, it really is a sight to see! bravo to disney for renuing my faith in DAFs!

I just watched the trailers and I thought they were fun..... I'll definately be there to see it. As for the comment on "the Black Cauldron" I like that movie thank you very much.

Well, I hope it's good. We nedd a good classical animation hit from Disney FAST. Otherwise, we'll be left with computer stuff. I'm not saying it's bad, but I do prefer animation.
As for the sequels, I'll be watching Neverland this weekend. What did you guys think? As for the other sequels I've seen, Little Mermaid was ok, so was Lion King, but I LOVED Lady and the Tramp. It's a pity they didn't take time to develop the supporting cast better.

Hope they don't mess with Alien Encounter. I'd hate to see a good ride go just for the purpose of selling Stitch.

I saw the preview for "Lilo & Stitch" this week. It looks like a fun movie. I also saw the preview for a horse and Indian kind of movie (I can't remember the name  ) made by someone other than Disney. I guess it depends on your taste but the Indian movie "looked" better though not as much fun as "L&S". However, it certainly didn't look like it was going to be as big as "Shrek".

I am already thinking ahead to next year's Oscars and I don't see a film like "L&S" taking the Oscar for best animated film but since I haven't seen it yet, I guess I should just wait and see. I want to see Disney dominate in this category.

Hmm, the one I saw was lenticular. From a dead on view it had him with two legs and two arms and without the antennas and looking cute and when viewed from the side angles, it showed him looking sort of mean with his four arms and the antennas.

I'm pretty sure the other movie you were talking about is a Dreamworks film. It seems to me that they are trying to use animation as a cheaper alternative to live action films. Most of what I have seen of just about all of their traditionally animated feature would be better represented in live action and I don't think this is a big exception. Lets face it, mountains and planes will always look grander in wide screen film than it will ever look in animation. It may get credit for artistic merit - which it's too early to judge - but I don't think this is going to be a great commercial hit.

The dreamworks pic (aside from it being a sure failure) is another cheap shot at Disney....Disney is releasing a horse pic to imax this year..and dreamworks...as usual..had to copy the idea.

I also take back my previous comments about Lilo and Stich..this movie is going to be HUGE...A quick walk around the disney store and hearing people asking for Stich merchandice already shows me that kids are foaming at the mouth for that blue alien....

I think Lilo & Stitch is going to be a huge hit. It looks very funny, great animation and the soundtrack has at least two Elvis hits! I LOVE Elvis!

I saw the Lion King preview for Lilo & Stitch at the stockholders meeting -- it had a few scenes that were still just line drawings -- but it's a real hoot! You guys are gonna love it.

Well, NowInc, why do you think that is? The guy is a spitting image of a Pokemon-Digimon-whatevermon...
I'm really hooting for the movie, I just hope we don't lose Alien Encounter over it.

Hey, they're already running the full trailer, which is the one with The Lion King. It looks funny, and it kinda gives you a better idea of what the movie's gonna be about. Now we gotta wait an see...
