Those dislike counts are merely estimates based on the selections of those that have installed the browser extension. It's quite easily influenced by a relatively small number of people and should not be considered an accurate approximation of the dislike count.
You don’t need a browser extension to do Likes and Dislikes on YouTube. It’s a button right under the video.

The browser extension just shows the dislikes that YouTube hides on default. YouTube still counts the dislikes. It shows the dislikes for all videos not just Snow White trailers. It's a flag in the javascript, you can see it if you debug the page.

After watching the preview... looks enjoyable enough. For some reason, I always had the impression that the characters lived on one of the less-populated islands, but it looks like this film is placing them definitively on Oahu. Given Disney's penchant for cross-promotion, what are the chances that Nani and David work at Aulani in this version?

I'm surprised they didn't get Ving Rhames to reprise his role. Unless they're going for a more slap-sticky version of the character, he still has the perfect look for Cobra Bubbles.

There’s a button to dislike a video, yes. But YouTube hides the number of dislikes on a video now. Nobody except the publisher of the video can see the true dislike count.

The figures @Phroobar provided are merely estimates provided by a browser extension. The browser extension (which is installed by a relatively small percentage of YouTube users) uses a simple formula to estimate the number of dislikes on a video. The browser extension shows users the dislike estimate but it also tracks the selections of those that have the browser extension installed, which is how it estimates the number of dislikes.

Specifically, the formula is:

Dislike Estimate = (Browser extension user dislike count/browser extension user like count) x actual like count

As you can see, the small percentage of YouTube users that have installed the extension can easily bias the estimate as those users are not necessarily a representative sample of the YouTube user base.
