Lights, Motors, Action, Stunt Show Question

I haven't seen you guys discuss this. Sorry, if it's a re-hash. But, last May while standing in line for the Lights, Motors, Action stunt show, there is that big blue wall that we've all seen on the right as you're entering the attraction. There are signs posted on it that say something like..."we're gearing up for a whole new something?? Sorry, I didn't take a pic of it. What are they building there?

We were there last June & I can't remember seeing that wall.

Thanks for the answer! That would be a great addition. I was possible guessing with a gift shop while they've got everyone herded up like that.
