That's not true......you cannot enjoy every attraction at Epcot without line skipping........We go to WDW on vacation weeks (because i have young kids) and the parks are always packed and we could NEVER get every ride done, even with FP+, never mind without it

you are being self righteous and trying to make yourself seem smarter than everyone else.......well you're not

you need line skip to enjoy Epcot, you needed it before the new rides, and you need it now more than ever since RemRat and GoG
If you need line skip to enjoy Epcot your doing it wrong

not everyone goes for rope drop....we always went in afternoon and had 3 rides booked and did standby on the ones we didnt and still couldnt get them in

everyone cant be in the parks for 12 hours and wait in 90+ minute lines with young kids.....

You came here today with an agenda …. Hope you accomplished it and fulfilled whatever needs and desires you had. Smh
No agenda......I made valid points corroborated by other posters........

you have been the person trying to antagonize posters by making baseless comments

I realize rope dropping with kids can be tough (including wives that don't like being up that early), but saying you need line skipping to be able to enjoy every attraction at Epcot is a big disingenuous. I did every attraction at Epcot by 1240 pm in July utilizing early entry, without Genie+. Granted, I certainly know being up early and one of the first ones in line isn't for everyone, but accounting for doing Remy and Frozen first thing even if you aren't the first ones in line, taking a leisurely pace and saving the bulk of old Future World for late afternoon/evening when waits are low, it's easily doable.

I think some folks have good days with Genie+ and some folks have bad days with Genie+

I don't think there are some double secret methods to get the most out of Genie+

I think there are factors like; crowd levels, how many people in your group, how many folks purchased Genie+ that day, your phone, your connection, even how early you wake. I think the most significant factor is crowd levels on a given day.

In my opinion, it's not, "Genie+ is the greatest thing ever and you just don't know how to use it."

I truly would love to know the answer to this. As ive said i was there November when Genie started and it was awful… thus past trip in August/Sept it was honestly tye greatest thing in creation lol. If the answer is simply less people were using it than honestly Disney should find that sweet spot # and adjust price accordingly and only sell that amount and call it a day…

I also had a trip in Aug/Sept, and Genie+ was so great for me in HS that I felt like the park ticket money was a waste. I accomplished everything by 2 Pm and left the park feeling like I wasted money on the park ticket.

You are the perfect example. a bad experience and a good experience.
I presume the crowd levels were higher during your November trip compared to August/September?
In your opinion, what factors made one experience better than the other?

This is what im baffled about. I went in November maybe a month or so after it was announced when parks were still “capped” & not at full capacity. Parks were crowded but definitely not as crowded than years past during the same week. Also obvious were the lack of offerings which may have contributed to lines being longer and Genie being awful bc the% they said using them wasless than what was used this past trip intheory based in what they have said. Parks weredefinitely lesscrowdedin August for sure. What made it better? Literally was able to book almost any ride for 10 days in each park i was at multiple on some days at times that were literally as ive said less than 15. Minutes out … i also have DAS and honestly didnt even need to other than basically booking re rides and booking the ILL. And if anyone heard me before i was adamant how bad Genie was when i 1st used it and loved FP+ bc this us basically how i was able to use it in the past… my best guess people were willing to wait in lines that most were respectable except during breakdowns but honestly in that heat any wait time would be too long lol and the ability to bookthe way i was made it amazing. As i said i had literally night and day experiences

Well, there is only one thing you must do for us in the name of research.
We need you to go this December to see if your November experience was just a one-off bad experience :D
