Letting your stomach be your tourguide?

This is my first trip to WDW and was wondering...

How many sit-down meals do you usually have in WDW? How many of those do you usually make PS's for in advance?
(both character and non-character)

currently, I have 2 dinner reservations (Rose and Crown Pub, Artist Point) and one character breakfast.... (1900 Park Fare)
for a 4night/5 day stay

Just curious

See? That's how it's always been for me too! Of course, I've never just tried to walk into Cindy's b'fast (too early!) or any of the dinner shows (wayyyy too much food!), but I've always managed to get into the restaurants I wanted when I wanted to be there. Thank Goodness too I can never decide what I want to eat until right before I want to eat it! :lol:
