If I can scan in the pic, I'll post my UK pumpkin from a few years ago. May do it again this year. Drawback is that it takes over 3 hours to complete.

And Christy, you are not the only one.

Okee dokee, I'll add into the mix here. I STILL haven't carved one for this year, but I did find this pick of last year's last minute attempt. Last minute, as in while the trick or treaters were coming to the door, I was rushing to poke something fairly decent out of this pumpkins frontside. It took me about an hour to gut and carve. I did another last year that I spent time on, but no photo....grrr.

Anyway...it's a bad pic, but you get the idea. :)

Well, here's mine. It's kind of a shoddy job b/c I was more intersted in goofing around with John's cousins than actually paying attention to what I was doing.

But look at the STEM on this baby!!!

I Love Carving Pumpkins, but I don't have any pictures of them. Even before we had Maegan that was a huge thing in our house...to decorate for Halloween and carve the best pumpkins we could. Now Maegan is crazy over pumpkins, and she has about 40 different kinds (not real) as decorations in her room. I call her my pumpkin girl. Hopefully we'll make a trip to the pumpkin patch this weekend...that's always fun to do. This year I'll try to take some pictures, but I don't have a digital camera or a scanner that works so I doubt I can post them anyway :brick:

Thanks for posting the pics you guys....I LOVE Halloween!!!

Thanks! It was where you only scrape out some on the pumpkin so the light can shine through. I don't think it was very easy lol. But it did come out cute, besides the fact that my mom bought the wrong kind of pumpkins  But yeah...they got all rotten and stuff on the patio cuz we forgot about them...Oopsie! LOL

Annnnnnnnnd finally, MSUSA's 2004 Pumpkin! It's a little sloppy, but all I had was kitchen knife. Keep those pumkins comin'!

The second pic I have is over there in my new av, and I added a little flicker. ;)
