I have read on these boards several times how WOL needs to be bulldozed so another attraction can take its place. I could not disagree more. This would be the perfect pavilion for educating young people about healthy living and eating right. I know we have The Land but this could complement the the ideals presented in The Land. They could bring back Mousersize and have an area talking about the right kind of exercise and the right way to eat. Our country is getting more obese by the minute, this pavilion could serve as a showcase for a healthy lifestyle.

Cranium Command and Body Wars could also be updated. An idea for Body Wars wold be to show all of the bad things that can occur within the body due to eating fatty foods or smoking. A trip though a tar infested lung or a clogged artery would wake up some folks.

An idea for Cranium Command would be to show the audience the dangerous effects of narcotics on the human brain. Giving the audience the experience of seeing the world under the influence of drugs such as heroin, cocaine or LSD would allow them to understand the dangers of these drugs. This could also satisfy the curiousity of those in the audience who have never tried these drugs. Many teens go through experimental stages with drugs, a ride like this may allow them to satisfy their curiousities without actually having to try the drug themselves.

Poll : What does everyone else think? Should the Wonders of Life be brought back to life?

I think that's a little out there, but the foundation of your post is exactly what I would want to see. A WoL that's in the 21st Century....not in the 80's Mall Scene.

I doubt it would happen, though....It would need a LARGE sponsor.

But the 80s were fun! :lookaroun

But a LARGE sponsor? If an insurance company sponsored WoL for most of its life, for all I know, Disney itself could sponsor if possible.

Anyway, I would like to see Wonders be resurrected for the new generation as well.

I don't know why I liked the pavilion... I enjoyed Body Wars, but the ride was a bit sub-par. The rest of the games and shows just seemed out of place... but I still liked it.

I'd like to see it redone with updated rides and attractions. Wonders of Life was a good concept... and it shouldnt be tossed aside.

A pavilion about the health sciences is absolutely relevant and would be a great re-addition to Epcot. However, Wonders of Life was beyond outdated and really needed to change.

start afresh - i like the concept of WOL but from what i can remember it was badly laid out and just felt (as someone else said) a shopping 'mall'....

however i don't see the idea of a ride which mimics your last firing of neurones :(

Honestly, if they wanted to use the building, or the space, they could cram it into Innoventions.

I would love to see Innoventions get a ride....

Sure, it would be great if they were to bring the concept back, albeit in a new way - I just don't see it happening. A new pavillion definitely needs a new building though. The monolithic structures are just too imposing and unfriendly.

But there is ZERO chance that Disney is going to have a show about drugs. No way.

I agree, but Clogged Artery Strife and This is your Cranium on Drugs Command are not the right choice at all.

:dazzle:

(LSD in Cranium Command, seriously? )

Personally, I'm more than ready for the Weather Pavilion featuring StormRider.

Just bulldoze it.

It's not a very well-designed building, nor is it a great set up for a modern attraction.

I think it's more than a great building for a new Pavilion. Between Body Wars and Cranium Command, there's tons of room for new Sim/Theaters, Not to mention more than enough room for queue, Fastpass, and Post-Show Space.

We all know what I want...Even has a perfect poster and everything:
