Yes, that's a picture from the London premiere of Pirates that sparked the whole "annorexic" thing, but I don't think pictures will prove the point. Keira said herself that she isn't, so I'm going by that. She said that she's had experiences with it, her grandmother and great grandmother both suffered from it, along with some friends of hers, so she knows that it's not something to take lightly but very seriously. She also said that in a way, it's good that people are talking about annorexia, because then they'll be more aware of it, but that no, she doesn't suffer from it. I'm taking her word for it.
