I think Baxter's garden was originally going to have live entertainment and a table service meal, but Chapek cut it.

This looks better than the Mary Poppins area we are getting at Epcot

I was really hoping they would go ahead and finally build Tony's original 'Mary Poppins' themed dark ride.

Amazing concept, and he thought of this while still in college, some time before his career at WED / WDI began....!
