LED Lights comes to Epcot

It has only taken like 15 years.. but it appears the conversion of space ship earth's lighting to led has began.
Lets hope the (weekly? monthly?) color schemes return soon as well!.

I may be wrong but I think they were in the process of upgrading the up lighting to LED as they finished the store work.

Ah yes I saw those also.

If I had to GUESS, once the new fountain is complete, the color change effect on spaceship earth MIGHT sync with led lighting inside the fountain. That's just a guess.

Looking at that photo, it looks much nicer actually. Pleasantly surprised the way you can see Imagination and the Land now from the Hub.

Let's see how that festival pavilion will be, and praying that someday we'll get a Figment ride like Mystic Manor next door haha.

Fun fact. You used to be able to see Imagination and The Land from the hub before 1994.

They didn’t have to remove a building for it.

Yep, these lights have been there for a while now.

I'd love to see the changing colors return. On the other hand, constantly changing colors are so common now that it might cheapen it.

Better late than never! The 21st Century Begins March 1st, 2020 for Epcot Center!
