I need a place at a resort to eat for my next trip on DHS day for lunch. I don't mind something in the MK Resort Area or DD area, but not DD! Where should I eat?

MK has alot of great options!!! Columbia Harbor House, Pecos Bill, Sleepy Hollow... or head to either the Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary, Captain Cooks at the Poly or Roaring Forks at Wilderness Lodge

I would Suggest that you take a short boat ride over to the Boardwalk resort area where you can find a bunch of great palces for lunch. Here are a few favorites:

Beaches and Cream (Y&BCR)
Big River Grill (BWR)
Cabana Pool & Beach Club (Dolphin)
ESPN Zone (BWR)
Fountain (Dolphin)
Hurricane Hanna's (Y&BCR)

There is the Boardwalk? And also, if you have the park hopper, you can pop over to Epcot. :) We grabbed a pizza from the Boardwalk. The bakery was in refurb so we got a HUGE ice cream cone that was a snack credit. And there were lots of other things to choose from too.

Take the Frienship boat to Epcot and eat at France or England, we also like Mexico (read the reviews before you go) as well as our favorite, drum roll please, Sunshine Seasons. You could also stop at Beaches and Cream from the Frienship boat as well as the Boardwalk Bakery. If you are on a dining plan I would not waste a QS at DHS, Starring Rolls does serve a mean cupcake but when we were there they only had 2 sandwich choices and the children were...unimpressed.

what about picabu at the dolphin?
Picabu is a nice, little, cafeteria kind of place with decent food for the price, but I wouldn't leave a park to eat there.

If you're having a big breakfast and dinner, I'd just get a snack in the park. :)
