That does seem to be a bit silly. BTW - I read in USA Today that Boston is finally opening parts of that underground road project. How's that working out for ya? The last time I was in Boston (5 years ago?) the roads were a disaster.

Yes, a major milestone will be set on Monday...the main underground tunnel through Boston is opening...and leading out to the beautiful new bridge they built. It won't affect my commute at all because I get off the expressway before any of the newer stuff. (although, it may lighten it a bit if it's as "problem-solving" as they say)
