I've seen it before, those little side windows weren't closed tight enough. They don't have a seal and are just plastic on plastic.

In the summer everything leaks here either from the excessive rain storms or the humidity mixing with air conditioners. My location literally has to wipe the ceiling vents down throughout the day during the summer months to keep the condensation from dripping on guests
