The previous lunch pictures I posted were the $20 lunch meal. It consisted of French Onion soup, French toasted ham and cheese sandwich with a green salad, as well as the Creme Brulee (which I forgot to take a photo of because I inhaled it before I remembered ... lol).

Go with the profiteroles instead of the creme brulee. Just my opinion.

Just did the lunch prix fixe at Chefs earlier this month.

I agree with phonedave -- the profiteroles (cream puffs) are a much better choice than the creme brulee for the dessert. The choc. mousse cake was also better than the cb.

My own opinion is that the quiche is better than the ham/cheese sandwich, though both are good. Didn't try the mac n cheese option.

Also, in addition to the french onion soup being excellent, the lobster bisque was excellent. Really can't go wrong with either soup course, just depends on what you're in the mood for.

Although I like it, I'm not a huge brulee fan but I'd love me some creme puffs:slurp: Thanks for sharing, we will happily enjoy this lunch, can't wait:sohappy:

Wow, am i reading correctly that REMY is still making appearences as of now ( January 2010?). This is great to hear..as i was under the impression he left EPCOT in September of last year.

When i last visited this past Septemeber on the Free DD Offer, i was going to try Chefs de France just to see Remy in action, but learned he was not going to be appearing anymore two days before i arrived in town! Du'oh! Now i wish i had just booked a reservation anyway,...as i would have been pleasently surprised!

Many thanks for bringing this to my attention. I return tomorrow and will definately make a effort to stop by.

We ate dinner there in December. The food and service was great! Will go again, for sure. We actually enjoyed it more than Le Cellier!
