Tonight was my lucky night! Le Cellier had reservations open up for 3 of my 7 nights at WDW in September. So for those of you who are waiting, keep checking the online reservation system daily (or 3 times a day like me) and hopefully something will open up!

Keep trying! We luckily got ours at our 90-day mark before all the ressies were taken but I've heard from numerous people that were persistent and finally got in. Good luck!

We have been able to eat there every time we walk up without a reservation. Here's what you do:
Send in your spouse to ask if they have a table available. While she's doing that, have her glance down at the computer screen and notice a name of a party that has the same amount of people in it as yours. Then she leaves and tells you that name. Then you walk in and give them the name and voila! You have a table.
There can be some complications but it usually works:animwink:

I hope you are joking.

Otherwise maybe you can share some more pointers on how to get what you want no matter what the cost. Do you also push over little kids to get the best view at parades?

I also was able to secure Le Cellier reservations online this evening. It had been booked solid for the entire week of my stay (8-22 - 8-29) But I have been checking back a couple times a day for the last few days and happened to get a 4:50 spot on the day we we're going to Epcot. So yay! Keep checking!

Don't give up--afterall it is a magical place.
We sometimes have success by making the reservation for an odd minute--for example: instead of 500 make it 510.
Keep trying online, and calling

Good Luck

Hello, while we are on the subjet of Le Cellier , does anyone know what their seasonal sorbet (sp) is in late September. My wife loved the pumpkin sorbet, and they had it there late Noverember of 2008. When we were there in April, they had coconut. So...... Anyone know  Thanks

It's good to have that warning. If it ever happens to me? I'll be sure to produce ID & my ADR number - then request that the offender be removed from Disney Property.

I totally agree, i would do the same. I managed to get a table of 6 today for when my folks come, which is great. it will also be my DH first time in there.

I really don't undersand all the hype--had lunch at Le Cellier for the first time last week and my wife and I honestly didn't like the food. The menu had all of 8 choices of which 4 were sandwiches. What we had was so-so at best. Les Chefs de France was much better with a more diverse menu...and a cute, animatronic rat.

Yes to each his own,try dinner next time.We mainly go there for the cheese soup and the pretzle bread. The food is second to that.Everyone must understand the dining room is very small looks larger because of the mirrors so seating is very hard to come by.

I have long been a member of the "What is so all-fired great about Le Cellier?" club

As other have said, to each their own.
