Le Cellier and Illuminations Question

I am about 2 weeks away from being able to make our ADRs, and I have a question for you guys. I know you can see Illuminations fro Rose & Crown, but can you also see it from Le Cellier? I am trying to figure out if I should request a meal time that will allow us to still be at dinner during Ill. or if I should ensure that we are finished eating in time to leave the restaurant and watch Ill. Can any of you experts help me?

Le Cellier means the cellar...no you cannot see Illuminations from inside the restaurant, you will need to go outside to see them.

No. As the name suggests you are in a cellar with no windows. You will need to leave the restaurant to see illuminations.

You can't see anything... besides for the inside of the restaurant. Try to make an ADR at the R & C for around 7:30 and that should have there during Illuminations! If you don't get a seat outside you can request to go out to the restaurant's viewing area just prior to the show starting. If you are still finishing your meal your table will be left as is and you can return to it after the show!

For what it's worth, I like seeing IllumiNations from the water-front near Le Cellier so if you time it right, you can finish dinner and get a good view. If you time it right you can also see the speakers rise from the rocks - I love that!

As others have said though, you're better off at the Rose and Crown
