That is nicer rock work than Everest. And who says it doesn't snow in Florida. Nice. Real nice!

I doubt that I'm going to visit this place or Downtown Disney, but does anyone know how the menu is like? I just would like to know.

Hooray! More overpriced nasty food! First the Rainforest Café, then the Yak and Yeti, now this!

;)

It;s funny I've read so many bad reviews but I have never had bad service OR bad food at The Rainforest cafe and I've eaten at 4 different ones probably about 30 times...I guess either I'm really lucky or other people aren't :lol:

So I'm really looking forward to trying T-rex (thanks for the updates WDWMagic)

It's like people are programmed to say after the words "Rainforest Cafe", *bad food*. It's not the best food ever but it is nowhere near "bad". Which is probably why there is always a line.

UGH! I agree, the last time I hate at RainForest the food was HORRIBLE.

I will be going to the T-Rex tho, my son is an absolute DINO FREAK, so he will love it, so I will grin and bear it for him. :)

That's because you've never eaten at the Yak and Yeti. I paid $21 for a plate of noodles that had four McNugget-size pieces of chicken. My side order of green beans was $9, and dessert was an extra $10. I almost cried when I received the bill; it was the most bland, tasteless, overpriced "Asian" food I've had in my life. (This was after a CM discount!)

To be honest with you, I am going to eat at T-rex, just because it looks cool.

That is EXACTLY how I felt at Rainforest. The food had NO TASTE! Absolutely NO TASTE. and I paid well over 100.00 for 4 people.

I'm not sure what's worse—the lack of flavor, or paying about $20 for a plate of chicken strips and fries. :ROFLOL:
