I believe it will be one floor with a high ceiling.

The second story in front may just be a facade. Or there may be a partial second floor in front.

New construction walls are up in Italy, they have torn down the existing retaining wall. The new construction wall is next to the fountain.

Make sense; that area towards the American Adventure will probably become the outdoor eating area. Wouldn't be surprised to see the fountain moved at some point either; perhaps it will become the central focal point of the outdoor seating?
