Last 2 weeks in August

Hi all

We're booked into the POFQ for the last 2 weeks of August. I know the heat is HOT and its hurricane season but how are the parks that time of year?

Is it really busy still? Are staffing levels still high even if its started to come down from peak business of the summer holidays? Any FP+ that will be difficult to get?

Any helpful info gratefully received.

Thanks :)

I have a three year old and a six month old so midday breaks have been my key to successful trips for a few years now. It's especially important in the summer. Can't recommend it enough.

Yeah we had originally looked at doing it differently but looking at all the advice on here I think it seems like the most sensible way. Being from the UK there is always the 'need to do as much as possible' ideology as we dont get to go often but I think we'd run the risk of ruining it rather than maximising it. And I'm sure many will be glad to know that we've been doing some good walking training so no strollers for us :joyfull:
