Oh thank goodness the pineapple will still be used!!! I am so excited for my first lapu lapu in August! I do have to giggle when I say that because it does sound a wee bit naughty. I am so glad @DisneyDebNJ recommended this yummy drink!!!

Yea, the end of our trip and the beginning of Figgy's overlapped a little last week. We missed the planned meet-up by a day. In the meantime, she told me to just look for the lady with the Figment pack. unfortunately, I didn't remember to do that very often. Coulda' walked right by her several times, for all I know, and never noticed. I think their trip is, unfortunately, wrapping up in the next few days or so. Sure her TR will be a hoot!

Regarding the Lapu Lapu...
IMO, a Lapu Lapu ceases to be a Lapu Lapu without the pineapple. If they ever stop serving it in a pineapple I shall simply begin referring to it as a Fauxpu Fauxpu.

BTW, 'Ohana was AWESOME (3rd time for dinner there) this trip!
When we were there last July it was still very good, but some of the meat was a touch dry. This time, everything was spot-on (as it was on our very first visit)! This will, for the foreseeable future (don't screw with my Lapu Lapu ), remain a must-do ADR on every trip...!
