Ladies! make up question

thinking of doing another trip this August, when of course it will be Africa, surface of the sun hot. Do you guys do makeup in the parks when it's this hot.
I've done it before but by the end of 3 hours, I've wiped most of it off.
Any good foundation or powder tips? brands that you think work well.

I am blessed in that I have very "normal" skin so I don't necessarily need any thing that is for sensitive skin.

My husband likes the natural look, I only wear mascara (L’Oréal Lash Paradise ), Olay regenerist Moisturizer with SPF and Burts Bees lip balm all year round. I only do a face full of makeup on special occasions. I do know that my daughter ALWAYS has a supply of oil blotting sheets with her when we’re at Disney (she’s a makeup girl). We’ve all been known to swipe one of those on occasion (DH and DS included).
