Could someone please enlighten us on why this new member felt she had no choice but to discontinue membership and leave. It saddens me how some of us are so quick to bash our new, rather than guide and help them with positive reinforcement. I was just getting to know this poster and found her funny and friendly. I read all her posts and found nothing out of the norm or even undertoned to the point that anything should have been said. This is not the first time we have jumped on our comrades for a few mispoken remarks or unliked comments, but I hope it is the last. I do not claim to know all that may have took place, but I sure don't see any apparent reasons, so if someone can fill me in I'd appreciate it, thanks.

I am posting this twice.. since I have grown very fond of certain peeps, but I must admit my sense of humor, my ideals and me myself are not what you would call PG rated.. so as not to offend, warp, or thoroughly makes grannies weep.. I bid you all a fond goodbye.. it has been fun.. it has been sweet, it has given me a slight escape from the heck I live with, but in the end I wish not to hurt anyone .. Peace Out

Beats Me!!! I found that lollipop thread to be very entertaining to read and thought that it was one of the more original/funny threads out there. I didn't feel that there was anything wrong with it either...

I've searched through the posts, and for the life of me, can't see anything POSTED that would cause anyone to leave! It appeared that everyone was having fun with the lollipop thread, and I didn't see anything unusual in the Ryan thread. All I can come up with is that maybe someone said something in a PM?

There was no public bashing that I could see or were notified of. If a member chooses to leave that is his/her decision. They do not have to explain their reasoning or enlighten any of us.

Sorry, but public or not, if someone feels that others are asking them to leave then it still affects everyone, I didn't mean she was openingly being abused. I was merely going on what she said, and I qoute "I do not belong here, or I have beeen told " that was all. I may have been assuming too much, but I was mainly hoping to find out why she said that and felt the way she does now. Although I don't think she has to enlighten us on her reasons, if she was asked to leave by others then I do feel we have a right to know the why behind it, so we can understand and not make those mistakes. If she left on her own, then I understand your point, she just seems to suggest otherwise, that was all. It's all really odd too, such a change in tone and the message she left.

I was only meaning this thread to address an official moderator action and reason... if there was no official reason for these consequences, then I drop my question. If we officially ask someone to leave, then I think we should know why, that was all. Hope you understand my POV now. Her message may have mislead me some.

I see where you are coming from...she was posting really "light" posts and then all of a sudden the mood and tone of her posts changed...almost like someone "didn't like her" and made her feel like she didn't belong...
