Hey!

I was wondering if anyone would share their experinece of La Nouba , Cirque du Soleil show with me? Is it true also that there is audience participation? :lookaroun Does anyone have a seating preference? and the obvious q: is it worth it ($$$)?
Thankyou for all your help!

La Nouba is amazing! Very much worth the money. I saw it three years ago and I can vividly remember many parts of it because it was so unique.

I went by myself so I had a good seat. Center section, last row, end seat. I think every seat is a good seat though...

Go and see it. It's worth the money and it's something you will never forget!

I saw La Nouba in Nov 2003 and really enjoyed it. It was more "kid-friendly" than the other Cirque Du Soleil shows I've seen in Vegas, but just as good. I highly recommend it. It makes for a nice evening out. :)

Agreeing with everyone else, it's a STUNNING show. I had seen it three times on DVD before seeing it live, and it still was mind blowing.

And yes, there is audience participation before the show. My family was actually the family they used, which was a treat. You interact with the two clowns. It takes place about 15-20 minutes before the actual show starts. We were sitting in the center section, Row H, the row right in front of the walkway. Aim for there if you want a chance of being chosen.

By all means, do see this show.

The audience participation is minimal. The previously mentioned clowns interact with a number of audience members and there are a few people brought up on stage, but is is not a main focus of the show (like Hoop de do for example).

For a few extra dollars, you can get VIP tickets where you are able to interact with the actors backstage before and after the show and there is also a lounge set up with food and whatnots for the VIP's to use.

Other than that, the show is wonderful and should be experienced atleast once if you have the means to do so. You can find clips of the show on the Cirque Du Soleil web site: www.cirquedusoleil.com

Also...if you have a very active child and are wanting an hour or so of relaxation, La Nouba works. My 7 year old niece, who didn't stop moving the entire vacation, sat completely still the entire show. She was captivated. It was a nice extra perk. LOL

The show is definately worth seeing and well worth the price of admission. The theater is very well designed, i don't know if there is a bad seat in the house. My wife and I were amazed by the performance. Highly recommended.

I was reluctant at first to go to see the show. About 10 minutes into it, I knew it was money well spent. La Nouba is *amazing*! I had seen Cirque shows on TV before but it doesn't compare to seeing it in person. It is something I look forward to doing again.
