Say we have a reservation already made through WDW Reservations, our $200 deposit has been made but the remaining balance hasn't. I know that KK can let you know of deals that come later and take advantage of them for you (i.e. free dining). Maybe its a dumb question, but could KK 'take over' so to speak the reservation and monitor things for us instead of us waiting to hear about deals ourselves or would we have to rebook all over again through KK? I hope the question is understood correctly .

As long as you have made the reservation direct with Disney and not another travel agent, you can fax a letter to Disney Guest Services to have them transfer the reservation to Kingdom Konsultants. KK should be able to tell you what to include in the fax to send to Guest Services.
