Also Keven Yee reported on the new Pirate and Princess parties and he actually enjoyed it and thought it was worth his money! If it impresses him it should please anyone else who likes Disney. The full article is on Miceage.com without any decline by degrees.

Oh, y'all cut Kevin some slack. The points he makes in Declining by Degrees are just as valid as those in Re-imagineering and some other Disney site, and he is not near as whiney as some.

I refuse to download from iTunes until I can get music at a minimum of 160 bps. Preferrably 196 bps.

I truly enjoyed Finding Nemo: The Musical. The songs were very good but the staging was great. Hurray for puppets!

I agree. There are many things that he cites as good and improved. He just is in the business of being critical. I would challenge anyone here to say that having things that impress him and everyone else are worse than things impressing everyone.

I think it's more an instance of Disney flexing its creative muscle like it perhaps did before. I highly doubt they spent any more money developing this show than the others, but they are infusing creativity. Kudos to having better developed imagineering. It's a sign of only good things.

i have just always laughed when he has a 3 page decline report then at the end its... ok, lets discuss followed by 2 different plugs for his books. 3 pages of the company that he makes money off of.... but i guess that is the nature of the beast these days.

Oh. Not trying to defend that part of it. I was more discussing the insights/criticisms. I agree the plugs can be a bit tiresome. But, a business is a business. After all (to make it relevant), he has a LONG way to go to match anything Disney has done on MS or at the end of a major attraction (except Soarin').
