Sadly, you're probably right. I'm actually somewhat surprised that wasn't thought of already.Eventually somebody will slip while getting in or out of one of the Epcot fountains and Disney will shut them down after paying out for the "injury lawsuit".
How much is a Logan?Lol I wasn't so much bothered I guess more surprised to see this. Our kids normally take their picture by every fountain and well we get to these places and even the kids were like WHAT?!!? then yesterday at magic kingdom it rained a Logan's over by COP there was an area filled with dirty water I don't know if it a fountain or just flooded but it was pretty dirty but some people had their kids wading around in that too I'm not saying I mind I personally would not allow my kids to do it. I guess I am more surprised that Disney allows it
I thought it may have been some regional colloquialism with some rich history behind it.Lol iHATE AUTO CORRECT!!! It rained a ton
Can't auto correct be turned off. I hear that complaint all the time. Well, shut if off!Lol iHATE AUTO CORRECT!!! It rained a ton
You are right, for the rest of us Americans who aren't aware of this, they call these fountains "bidets"... duh. This has come up before. The explanation is that people from other countries use their fountains to cool their feet, or just relax in. I know that we aren't used to such a thing but then we Americans are way too uptight for our own good. The water is all treated, it is no different then being in the pool at the resort. It isn't uncommon for people from Europe to use the fountains like that...it's no big deal. I'm sure that none of the brochures that tell people how to act in the U.S. cover fountains and there proper usage.
Can we turn it into one? I like it a lot.I thought it may have been some regional colloquialism with some rich history behind it.

Obviously there is noway to know but these individuals did not appear to be from another country. They appeared to be American and Minot trying to be judgemental or anything I was really taken back because I have never seen this before and was wondering why no one asked the to step out the morroco one had four kids in it 3 on bathing suits and a lady with her feet in it. It was just shocking to me that's all
I attempted to tackle a friend of mine into the upper pool of the Imagination fountains but I chickened out.
This thread is great - its funny what bothers some people and not others. Florida is hot, water is cold - you do the math.
