Update-

With passholder rates this summer-
Boulder Ridge studio is in the $200s
Boulder Ridge 1 bedroom is not much more.
BWV - around the same.
AKL- similar.

Poly and GF- no availability. But, regular cash rooms are available.

Combine the lack of availability with reasonable cash prices at the other resorts- and I realize that DVC is not right for my family. I need to remember this the next time I receive a phone call.

Respectfully, this makes no financial sense. The total cost of the available options must be taken into consideration. Over 14 years, Maintenance Fees add up to over $15,000 (more with inflation).

Are you suggesting that an additional $15,000 on top of a $29,930 purchase doesn't count?
