I've used it before but 'Mouse Arrest' band is not my idea. But they do indeed have many common features with the ones used for tracking people in the justice system.
The psychology of the project name is also interesting if one thinks about it.

Yes - we did see John Wayne in the costuming shop, along with Dorthy's outfit on a different mannequin.
They also had the Alien from that section of GMR in Central Shops so we got to see that. They were also re-buttering the spare elephants from the Jungle Cruise at the time we were there, which is a neat process to watch them put the skin on the figures.
