Somebody reported awhile back that they saw them working on Stormtrooper animatronics in central shops. I wonder if this is more of those? I think it's been confirmed that Alcatraz will have a large number of them.

We got a very limited view into the AA workshop - just through the door. I didn’t see any stormtroopers but these looked like larger set pieces.
