so guessing by my title, my lovely girlfriend and i have just got back from a magical 17 night stay at the world, with stop offs at Beach Club and Bay lake.

a few things id like to mention is we actually witnessed a man trying to steal a bus drivers cooler!! we were a bit taken back as i know it happens but you don't actually think things like this happens at Disney.
Anyway the bus driver got off the bus to run after the thief and he gave it him back with the excuse " i thought it was mine" when he never entered the bus with a cooler in the first place.

Secondly, i have never noticed before but how some parents let there children run wild at Disney, one example was whilst waiting for a bus from Beach club, a young child was even 'Play' Fighting with the CM on duty. He hated it and could tell he was looking for this child's parents, but guess what? they were both lying flat out on the benches, eyes closed.
i am not judging anyone, however i think a little common courtesy would go a long way.

Besides these minor incidents, we really enjoyed it, however we now know why people hate August so much, VERY hot and VERY Busy, maybe its because we have been spoiled with going in June & September Previously, but we will not be going back This time of year again if we can help it.

Anyway, we have realised we love Beach club and the Boardwalk Area. Not only is its Location Perfect, but the feel around the place seems a lot better maintained. overall 9/10

Baylake Staff are AMAZING and very helpful, but the rooms and hall ways look very tired, that said it was a nice to watch Wishes from our balcony, but after 1 whole week of listening to it, i think a BayLake View would be the best option from now on. overall 7/10

Anyway until next time.

P.s. If you get time to Visit HP Diagon Alley, its breathtaking!!! The Hogwarts express is unbelievable and the Cabana Bay Hotel is pretty cool for a short stay.

What might have been in the bus drivers cooler? Baloney sandwich & chips?? Guess the thief's dining plan wasn't giving him enough for his appetite. :p Thats one of the strangest things I've ever heard.

DW & I always had our DS under control when we were in restaurants or anywhere else on property. Theres more and more irresponsible parents that dont give a darn about where their kids wander off to or what they are doing on property. If they want a vacation from their little terrors they shouldnt bring them. I have a lot of respect for CM's who have to keep their cool dealing day after day with terrible kid situations.

You sure do get spoiled by a pleasant September trip. Our only August trip was planned because we had no other choice. Now we avoid the summer months at all costs.

We have never stayed at the Boardwalk resorts but want to one day. Such easy access to Epcot and mini golf course.

Next in our plans is to make a visit Daigon Alley. How were the crowds?
Glad your trip was enjoyable.

Beach Club is is our absolute favorite!

Nothing so disappointing as parents that let their children run loose like feral cats...queues are the absolute worst for this IMO.

The Boardwalk loop is my favorite location; so much to see and do in a small area, and next to my favorite park - EC. Of course, I'm a Swan convert... So it all fits together quite nicely.
