Well I just got back, last night and had an incredible time.... Thurs. night we checked in at PO Riverside very quickly and got a wonderful room at alligator bayou.... we then ate at Capt. Jacks at Disney Marketplace..Excellent food and wonderful view...and only waited 5 minutes for a table....we then went to the new toy store and got to build our own Mr. Potato Head. A very nice cm even showed us a neat trick to getting more accesories for the price....Friday we went to epcot in the morning..it was not crowded at all....virtually no wait for anything...In addition, the food and wine festival is really a wonderful idea, we had a blast....Friday night we went to Mickey's not so scary Halloween party at MK...first I must admit this was my girlfiend's idea and I was not exactly looking foward to it...well I was way wrong, it as really cool...the park was not crowded at all (longest wait was about 15 minutes for the HM), you got all the free candy you wanted (and there were places all throughout the park to get it), my girlfriend got a free face painting and we got a free tarot card and palm reading..overall it was a wonderful experience and definitly worth the extra 30 bucks.....Sat morning/afternoon we went to MGM...not very crowded and we got to do everthing we wanted and had a wonderful time.........Then at night we unfortunately had the worst time we have ever had at any theme park ever....We went to HHN at Islands of Adventure....First of all It was packed, I mean absloutly packed...I have been to Disney during Easter break and that was nothing compared Sat night..there were 90 to 120 minute waits for everything (the rides, the haunted houses everything, even the bathrooms)..I mean its great to limit the number of tickets you sell to an event but, if the limit is like 100,000 whats the point.of course you could buy express passes at 35 bucks a piece...then both the Hulk and dueling dragons closed at 11:15 (the park was open until 2 am) beacuse of some noise ordinance, well nowhere park or on your tickets does it say this happens...in 6 hours we did three things (hulk, maximum carnage and dueling dragons), overall just an incredibly bad experience....i mean the the park looked really cool and its a cool idea but just a really bad experience as opposed to mickey's not so scary which was just great..well this is getting long so i'll wrap it up.... sunday all day at epcot...incredible time, wonderful experience

I'm going down to the toy store at Downtown Disney in a few weeks and would like to know the way to get more for my money when buying accessories for the Mr.Potato Head that I know we'll end up with. That is if you don't mind sharing.

This is a prime example of why you should never, under any circumstances, leave the friendly confines of WDW until it's time to go home.

Thank for the report, especially the info on both Halloween events. I never wanted to go to the US/IOA one because I don't like characters touching me or jumping out at me. The crowd you described, and the early closing of some "main" attractions, just adds more reasons to my list.

I'll be using all of the reports about MNSSHP to try to convince my husband that it's worth the extra cost. ;)
