So Fox and ABC came to an agreement and loaned Disney these four former Idol contestants??

When did they perform and for what celebration?

Then Michael Bolton took the stage

They had him sing "joy to the world" twice (to get more camera angles)
Then they turned the cameras on the audience to get reaction shots while they played the just recorded song.

This guys job was to keep the audience warmed up between takes (You might recognize him from Tarzan Rocks).
Here he is lip-syncing Mr B's song during the audience reaction taping

These kids are from some Disney TV show and were making an appearance on the Christmas special

My daughter will die when she sees the photo's you last showed. Those kids are the stars of "High School Musical".

When was these taken? Was it that first weekend in December or did they have to do additional tapings?
