just got back from the World

I have just arrived back to the UK after 3 weeks in Florida, which included 10 days at WDW. We were originally only going for 8, but extended our stay by an extra 2 days :sohappy:. We stayed at POR and what a fantastic resort, everything about it was fantastic...highly recommend to anyone.

Only downside was the weather unfortunately, everyday we were there we had some sort of shower....especially on the 30 Oct where we went to MNSCHP and had to leave at 9.00pm due to the heavens opening...

Apart from that the whole vacation was brilliant and was very impressed with my first taste of Soarin, also you guys do not lie when it comes to your opinon on SGE....ride is very poor !!!.....also had character meals at Cinderella's castle, Crystal Palace, Restaurantasaurus & Hollywood Vine...Kids loved everyone of them.

Really gutted that I am now home, would love to come out to Florida to live, but its really difficult for us Brits to be allowed in ....

Planning next trip already....although need to start saving up the pennies:brick:

Actually I think Stitch isnt that bad compared to 'Sounds Dangerous'.

But I'm glad that you guys had a fantastic trip!

On the bright side, aren't euro pennies worth about 2.3 of ours?

I like it a lot..but I have never stayed at another resort. I don't feel the need to spend a lot of money for a resort when all you do is sleep there..:shrug:Go to the reviews section on this site and read what people have said about it...

Nope, Pop Century has its own busses, which is such a plus!

fantastic! I will be visiting with a 1 year old and having a bus that only goes to onw resort will be a plus because of having to carry a stroller and all.

SGE gets my vote as worse than Sounds Dangerous; SD doesn't leave you smelling like somebody barfed a chili dog in your hair.

I'm surprised you didn't hop onto a plane back to the UK a mere minutes after riding SGE!

Also, on behalf of the USA I must also apologize for the horrid Dolphins vs Giants NFL game that we sent to you guys a couple of weeks ago. If we had sent that game to Iraq we probably could've delivered the death blow and ended the war for good.
