Just got back from a week at Universal and the service is awful!!

NO ONE has ever approached me at Disney and tried to get me to buy things like universal did. Yes, things are there in Disney to purchase on my own, but I don't get solicited like I did at Universal.

It's happened to me at BOTH resorts...AND in California at Disneyland!

(they'll do what they have to to get a sale sometimes...of course I never buy.)

I've been to Universal 3 times, going again in October, and I've never had a problem, sorry you had such a bad experience. That is really ashame, because it is nice park IMO. Plus with your son being sick did not help matters.

Actually the one time we went we thought the employess were much more entertaining and nicer than Disney.
