We have been to Disney many times, but never at Christmas.:xmas: We are going for our 2nd honeymoon. :sohappy: We actually got married at Disney's Wedding Pavillion in March, but we were sick the entire trip and had a death in the family while down there and had to leave 2 days after the wedding so not much of a honeymoon. Decided to go back at christmas to make up for everything.:)
We are looking at MVMCP and would like to know more about it. Does anyone know what goes on at it? We are looking at December 15 to go. Plus any tips on the must sees while there at Christmas would be great!

You picked a great time to go - I went that same week for the past 2 years. Crowds are relatively light, weather is great, and the decorations alone are worth the trip. Definitely do MVMCP - special parade and fireworks, all the characters are in their Christmas costumes (if you are into pictures with the characters, the Princes are usually with the Princesses back in Toon Town), smaller lines for rides, just an overall fun night.

You will love it at christmas time. If you can believe it, it feels even more magical when you are there and the parks and resorts are all decorated for the Holidays. Have a blast! Sounds like you absolutely deserve this trip!

I love Disney at Christmastime! We went in 2006!

MVMCP is really fun! It will "snow" on Mainstreet, and that is of course very magical. Make sure you get some character pictures in their holiday gear. There will be free cocoa & cookies all around the park during the party, so you'll have to stop in & get your share of that. Get a photopass card during the party too - it's different from your regular photopass card. I think we got a discount on pictures for attending the party, and that's why the card had to be different. (I don't know if they still do that or not). But the holiday pictures turn out really cute!

Don't miss the Candlelight Processional at Epcot, or the Spectacle of Lights at Hollywood Studios. It snows when you walk through the Lights too, that was our favorite thing. Have a great time!

We love to go at Christmas time. EPCOT has CMs telling Christmas stories and traditions in all the countries in the WS. The MVMCP is awesome!!! Snow on Main Street, free cocoa and cookies throughout the park, the park is decorated to the hilt, and the show on the main stage in front of the Castle. You're gonna love it!!!

Christmas time is Truelly magical. Make sure you take the time to visit the resorts and see the decorations, Lighting of the Castle is something to see as well. MVMCP is fun as well, limited to 25,000 tics + - the ppl that WON"T leave when they are told too but can't ride anything w/o the proof of the tic, lines are great, cookies and coco and the Snow on Mainstreet.
The CP at EPCOT is AWESOME truelly worth the price of admission something bout hearing the Christmas story in EPCOT with the Choir that just makes you feel at Peace. You'll LOVE it...

We were there last December. I think it's the most magical and beautiful time to visit WDW with the parks and resorts all decked out in their holiday finery, not to mention the Epcot Candlelight Processional, the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights, the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

Happy planning and have a wonderful trip!
