Just got back from a weekend at Epcot and had a blast.

I did notice a couple of things though
a- Living Seas was closed at 630pm
b- Club Cool also closed around 630 pm
c-Livng with the Land boatride closed also around 630 pm
d-Universe of Energy at 11 am had a sign saying opens at 7pm with 2 cms blocking the entrance but when I came back another cm said it closed at 7 pm??????

Rode Soarin and Mision Space for the first time-LOVED THEM BOTH-except when Dad barfed after MS-:hurl:

Was wanting a nice cold Moose Head in Canada but they no longer sell:cry:

Mouse Gears needs a little TLC with some new paint and new fixtures in some areas and Universe of Energy needs some new blue paint around the sign and water out front.

Only waited 4 minutes for SSE and only 15 for Test Track-longest wait for Soarin at 70 minutes but went fast because wife (WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING)-was answering all the trivia questions on the walls:rolleyes:
Other wise had an awsome time sine it will be my last couple of months in Florida so might be a while before I get back

No moosehead? When did this happen? Apparently I've been hanging out at the margarita stand too long.

I really miss the little hut in Canada that was usually open during their festivals that sold Fin du Monde.

6:30 is an odd time. Was it posted anywhere as 7:00 or was this an actual closing at 6:30? Has this been happening on any other days?

Hmmm... Strange... Last time I went in October, they were selling moosehead... but then again, it was F&W Festival.

Thanks for the EPCOT updates - strange thing with those 6:30 closures

Quite agree with your signature - We've got tickets for The Eagles when they hit the UK in June '06

This is probably due to the fact that they are very understaffed right now.. nobody to work the things...

in fact they were practicaly begging people in the spring CP to come early on Dec 15 with all kinds of benifits.

Were they the only attractions to close early?

I can UoE closing early along with half the rides in EPCOT. It's odd to me that just a few in FW would close early.

Oh well, perhaps for once JIYIWF had a higher attendance than UoE!

Even during Thanksgiving JIYIWF was walk on when SE had almost 40 MIN wait.

So is Club Cool now what used to be Ice Station Cool? Does anyone know what kind of sodas they have now? I was so bummed when it was closed this summer. (one of the only free things from disney, and it is tasty!). I'm really hoping it will be open on Sunday when I go. Yep folks, I'll be there in 6 days!

Ok now im officially unpacked and had a good night sleep and remembered more stuff.
a-its been about 4 years since i have gone to Epcot and was wondering whats the deal with the "flea market" like setup outside of American Adventure?-Granted they did have some nice crafts but in my opinion just is kinda bad theming.

b- The information sign in front of Mouse Gears still has Ice Station Cool.

c-In France they have the stacking chair act where the guy stacks like 10 chairs in a row ontop of each other and does a hand stand on the top one-VERY COOL- and if anybody else has seen this-is that guy a clone of Robert Downey jr.???

d-rode Soarin-VERY VERY COOL-whole family rode that and loved it.

d--Illuminations -no words to describe.....-made my mom cry:cry:

Over all even though some minor glitches I think Epcot still has the makings of a great park.
