Just 10 Fonts

Here's a question for all you graphic designers out there. Could you survive using just 10 Fonts (I should say Typefaces, really). This is for your day to day, general copy type stuff. You could get away with using other typefaces for titles and one-off projects, I am talking standard issue stuff here. And what would they be?

All I really need is Arial and CityBlueprint. I don't like the crazy over the top fonts that are also out there. I go by the KISS method. Keep it Simple Stupid.

10 Fonts go into a bar,

the bartender says, "We don't serve your kind in here."

The 10 Fonts say, "Why not, we're just your TYPE!"

I am unfamilliar with this one. Not like I am exactly a designer anyway, but I have not run across it before. What kind is it? What is it like?
