Liberty Square Portrait Gallery/Produce Market Relocation
As I first reported on my last update, its now official....
The portrait Gallery will moving their operation and relocating it adjacent to two of their existing locations. One will be on the porch area outside the Christmas Shoppe and the other will be on Main Street, U.S.A. between Uptown Jewelers and the Market House. The Produce Market will relocate to the facility that was occupied by the portrait artist.

Cosmic Ray's NEW Menu
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café will permanently add BBQ Ribs to their menu. This item will be available on the Chicken Side.
The enhanced Chicken Side menu will now feature the following:
1/2 Chicken and BBQ Rib Combo served with mashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable ($13.89)
BBQ Rib Meal served with mashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable ($8.69)
1/2 Rotisserie Chicken served with mashed potatoes and a seasonal vegetable ($6.99)
Grilled Chicken Sandwich served with French fries or carrots ($6.79)

4th of July ''Fantasy in the Sky'' Fireworks
NO WISHES!!!
On July 4, the MAGIC KINGDOM will present a special presentation of Fantasy in the Sky fireworks. The show will be presented at 9PM and will last approximately nine minutes. Fireworks will be launched from the Magic Kingdom Park Main Firing Site, Fireworks Island located in the Seven Seas Lagoon, the standard "Wishes" rooftop sites in Fantasyland, and nine perimeter locations surrounding the Park. This year's show will be the biggest and most complex ever launched from the Magic Kingdom Park.
All Walt Disney World Watercraft (including Ferry boats) must be docked by 8:55PM. Boats will resume operation at the conclusion of the show.
All Magic Kingdom Steam Trains will be clear of the tracks by 8:00PM. Trains will resume operation after the show. May take 30 min.
All Magic Kingdom Monorails must be parked in their stations no later than 8:58PM. Monorails may resume operation at the conclusion of the show.

Cinderella Castle Painting Project
In preparation for the upcoming 50th Anniversary and Celebration of Disney Theme Parks, the Magic Kingdom Park will be painting the lower half of Cinderella Castle. June 21 - August 29 All block work on the lower half of Cinderella Castle will be painted (lower turrets down to water line). Most of the work will be done while the Park is closed, with minimal work during Park operating hours (behind the scrim).
SIDE NOTE HERE
DUE TO THE SLIGHT DRAINING OF THE MOAT (about 18 inches), SHRUNKIN NEDS JUNIOR JUNGLE BOUTS ARE CLOSED.

Fantasyland Skyway
Rehab 7/11 to 9/30 for instalation of the new stroller parking area. The BUILDING WILL NOT BE TOACHED, however the area infront will be changed. The Waterfall, Bridge and Pond will be removed. The new area will be a half meet and great (Snow) and half IASW storller parking.
Speedway will NOT BE CLOSED, however it getting some track repair (may be partial downtimes, such as one of the 4 tracks at any givin time. Also, Grandstand work, and other repairs, but nothing more then refurbishing.
It will run though Aug, with the track repaits sarting then and running untill the end of Sept.
As a reminder, the Tomorrowland Stage will be completly gone by the 30th of June
Tom Saywer Island, July 25th to Sept 25th. NO RIVER DRAINING, but a major refurbishment for the Island.
Aladin, Sept 13 Oct 15
Ariels Groto, will be closed from Sept 22 until Nov 19th, (Im sure Ariel will move somewhere else) to blend it in with the former 20K lagoon
