They tore down CommuniCore West to make room for the starchitect designed Festival Center. That’s it. Journey of Water is and always was filler to fill in a bit of the space left over.

I actually think that's the backstage building and that area won't be accessible to guests. It's in that general area.

The backstage buildings are farther northwest than the circled section. This is one of the four gardens that encircle the EPCOT emblem. Each is stated to be unique and will probably act as an extension of the quadrant of the plaza that it faces (northeast providing outdoor dining space for Connections, southeast containing seasonal displays facing Creations, southwest including shade and seating for the Communicore stage, and northwest probably being something reflective of Journey of Water or World Nature in general).

Ahh, you beat me to it... I was going to say it was a Dr. Strange show similar to what's at DCA... it's something that would have NO place in old school EPCOT which means it would be a perfect fit in New EPCOT...

That's what the concept art seems to show.

Yes. According to the concept art and the site plan Disney has released, there’s only one entrance and it’s directly across from the Seas.

Interesting I thought the other path was an alternate entrance and exit. That’s crazy to me.

It's apparently going to be a one way walkthrough. You enter at one spot, walk through, and exit at a different location instead of being a place you can just enter and freely wander around.
