Jolly Trolley?

It was a very short cool little ride that took you around the center of Toontown. The trolley would wiggle around and bounce.

The Jolly Trolly stopped a while ago and the trains have been out of service (aka not operational/safe) for a while. However, the signs, stations, and tracks do remain in the Toon Town location. It is not listed on the park map either. Chances are that the Jolly Trolly will not be returning to Toon Town any time soon due to crowds/traffic in the area.
