Not only that, but they're making day guests feel special by allowing them to take part in these events and get close to the celebrities. Just last night for example, I heard someone at the Harry Potter event saying, "that was totally worth the cost," after taking a selfie with Malfoy.

We might be missing Diagon Alley, but Universal is still making everyone here feel good. That's pretty amazing, and it'll only increase the positive word of mouth.

They have Kimmel and GMA if they had open all of NFL at the same time this would have been a great strategy.

I was at Thursdays taping for the show and watched them play beer pong in person. Awesome experience! This has been an amazing week for Universal Orlando, I mean they nailed it in everyway possible. The rewards from this media blitz will be remarkable. Hats off to them!
