Yessss. 2020 Trip is booked for 14 days and the deposit is down. POFQ will be our home base again. DS will be joining us for most of the time, his desire is to be at the Poly. The money for our trip has already been budgeted and saved. The wish list/ dream planning that has been ongoing since we returned from our last trip will now go into reality gear. We've decided this trip will include lots of new experiences. We will be dining at places we never tried before, add in some Disney extras, and maybe, just maybe go at a more relaxing pace. Let the countdown begin!!!!

Sound exciting. There's nothing more fun than planning a Disney vacation. We're trying a few new things on our upcoming trip too! I booked the Rose and Crown Tea Experience as a gift for my husband, he's a big Tea drinker.

I'll be checking in to see what you come up with for your trip.

Congrats on your upcoming 25th. We also celebrated our 25th and DW's 50th b-day at WDW years ago. Enjoy R&C.
We have never eaten at Chefs de France. I love French Onion soup and got my DS to finally try it when we dined at BOG last trip, which got him hooked on it. Now he orders it regularly when its on the menu at a home restaurant. Hoping the flavor wows us in France. We are also going to Marrakesh for the first time. We have always passed it by on other trips. The new Edison is also on our list as well as some other DS spots. We are staying at POFQ so DW wants to do the Beignets Dash with her in her w/c and the service dog with her. DS will be running it with her.( I'll wait for the Beignets at the end. ) DW is still deciding which behind the scenes tours to take. And we missed out on TSL last time, there just prior to its opening last trip. I always add a few surprises in to wow DW & DS so those are in the works.

Marrakech was delicious each time we ate there. Chef de France is a great choice! The only tour we’ve done is The Keys to The Kingdom Tour and it was fantastic.

Congratulations. I know your excitement. It is a wonderful feeling and you should get a booklet in the mail soon. I always look forward to that.

I am planning our next Disney vacation for September 2020 and want so badly to go back to the Contemporary, but I see that 7 days in a Magic Kingdom view room with no dining plan (but including tickets and memory maker) is $7K now. I must decide if my beloved Contemporary is worth $1000/night or if I want to go back to POR and save $3K for tours or extras.

It is just so darn convenient to the Magic Kingdom. No bus from anywhere else could not even come close. So quick from bus to room, monorail to room, or vice-versa. But is it worth $1000/night. I'm still thinking...

We stayed at Contemp twice and enjoyed the access to the monorail & MK. It was a good experience and we would do it again but having the extra money by staying at POFQ is worth it IMHO. We dont stay in the room or do the pools much so we can justify the change of resort.

Thanks for the nod to those 2 dining spots. Oohh forgot that DS and I also want to dine at the MS restaurant, which should be opened by then. (We both enjoy the Intense version of the ride.) Weve done the Keys to the Kingdom, Backstage Magic, Behind the seeds tours.

I really enjoyed the BackstageMagic tour. It is pricey and long, but so worth it. I want to do it again when we have 7 hours to spare again one day. Central Shops and the Nursery were worth it without everything else. Highly recommend!
Love Chefs de France btw. I haven’t had BoG French onion soup yet but love Chefs.
*** ooops see now you have done the Backstage tour****
