They are awesome!

I would be proud to be from jersey..:)

They are hilarious!!!!!!!

Except THEY aren't from New Jersey (except one) and serve no purpose other than to perpetuate old Italian stereotypes and look like fools. No one should be proud of that.

I know!..:D

I like them...I like the show..you like Star Wars it seems like from your avatar!..I do not..to each their own..:D

Im no Star Wars buff but, somehow i reckon Star Wars will go down in history as far more significant than a bunch of ignorant ***** from Jersey

I could care less...I never said they would go down in history as something great...

I said I like them/the show...and prefer watching that over Star Wars..Star Wars is boring to me... MY opinion!.....

Does not mean they should get an award or anything..:hammer::lol:

I enjoy the show...I think it is funny and obviously so do many other people allover the world!...

Also, calling them ignorant a s s es when you only know of them from a show is dumb...should people call you a name based on what you post on a forum?..I doubt it would be that great....

Anyway.....I like the show....so..YAY!....:ROFLOL:

Have a Magical Day!

The situation is from my hometown. His sister and I graduated from High School the same year. See...some of us turned out ok, and others not so much (although, he is the millionare now).

I love Jersey Shore! I don't watch it every week, but it's such a fascinating insight into a part of the country that has its own unique culture. I just love looking at these kids bizarrely sculpted haircuts and the girls outrageously large hairdos. They may be kind of wild partiers, but I think most kids go through that phase for at least a couple years.

Jersey Shore is wildly popular here in SoCal, 3,000 miles away geographically and a million miles away culturally, and I've heard from neighbors to expect several versions of Snooki and Pauly D and The Situation at my door asking for candy on Halloween. For SoCal kids who are into surfing and skateboarding and have very different hair and clothing styles, Jersey Shore is a fascinating cultural study for Californians.

I can't wait to see their costumes on Halloween! :sohappy:

It is entertaining, but please dont believe thats the way everyone at the Jersey Shore looks like or dresses like. Its not.

But yes, the show is entertaining.

It's not a study in anything, no one who actually lives at the shore acts like that or dresses like that. These people are tourists, or as we call them - bennies. I worry for anyone who actually believes that this is our "culture".

Exactly.

If you had a crew following you with cameras when you were 20-24 how do you think your show would've turned out?

I doubt you fellas spent all day in church and all night doing volunteer work for local charities.

About 20 -30 minutes from Seaside Heights (where JS is filmed). Won't say the exact town but, Ocean County.

Ok, my in-laws live there as well. I know that whole area

Im from the other side of Jersey by Delaware and Philly. But as a kid, we always hit the shore during the summer. All up and down the shore. Wildwood, Seaside, we'd hit Morey's Pier, all that.

I do not think Jersey is like the show at all and that all Jersey people are like they are...

The thing is...the show is entertaining to a lot of people and you really can not judge all of the people on the show by everything they do on the show...

amen!

I enjoy it..does not mean I do everything they do or approve of everything they do...still does not make them bad people!
