NO THEY WON'T... Disney is very very non tolerant on underage drinking. Last time i was there i was 25 and my mom was 50 they carded both of us. Obviously my mom didnt even think of taking her id out and they had to stop her and ask for id again. He thought they were kidding.

Disney also only has 1 bar liscence for all there bars on property so if they screw up on one they loose everything.

And its illegal :)

first off, wow that was a delayed response.

second, I never said anything about underage drinking and said we were willing to take any precautions necessary to make sure it was known she was not of age...we just wanted to celebrate there.

Third, they hardly EVER card in EPCOT...seriously...very easy for someone underage to drink there.

Forth, Pat O'Briens over at CityWalk accomodated us quite nicely.

Sorry for the delayed response just saw the thread... Disney is very non tolerant on minors in a 21 and over establishment. Back when pleasure island was open it was ok but there still was 1 club they did not let you enter. and its funny that epcot is easy, i must look really good for 29 cause i get nailed every time in epcot. but hey you never know until you try and ask i guess.

yes and yes. its a lot of fun! the drinks/ cover is a bit high, but totally worth it. also remember its 21+ ONLY which makes it a great place for a break from the parks. we usually take a cab to and from it if going from our hotel on property, or a bus from the parks and then a cab back.

Bend the Rules

We have a wedding party of about 16-18 heading to Jellyrolls next weekend. Unforturnately one (and only one) person in the party is 20 (21 in October). With such a larger party, do you think Disney will bend the rules and allow her to join us if we prearrange it? Has anyone ever known a Disney establishment to bend a rule like this? We will put black Xes on her hands and do whatever necessary to make it known that she won't be drinking. I'm hoping they will be flexible considering the circumstances. We're easily talking about $500-$800 in revenue from us for the night.

Just wanted to see your thoughts. I also didn't know if I should call Guest Relations, or try to talk to a Manager of the place or just chance it and wait until the night of.
i highly doubt it. Disney is very strict about this, and there are no exceptions. its part of their liquor license i am sure. plus Disney cards like a hawk. They cannot risk loosing their liquor license, as well as their reputation.

i think the reason for pat o'briens was it is also a restaurant, and so you could have been placed in the all ages section.
