I like Fractal's tweaks...so I will paint over/adjust this one.
That way, we can have a couple for our team leader jasonflz to choose from for the final write up!

CharlieD...if you want, you can give me an idea what to put on one(or two!) of the billboards in my illustration?

(And then I gotta get back to working on my puppet show...:D)

Actually, WDWvacationer may choose the final ideas if I can't get online tomorrow. (I will most likely be able to get on after school finishes but I have a band concert at 6:30 so I won't get on after that)

Here are some billboards:

Airosmith = Aerosmith
AC/BC = AC/DC

What do you think?
:D

:sohappy::sohappy::sohappy: :lol: That's perfect.

Chester: Chester and Hester here on the radio to remind you all to stop by Stone Age Rock, our very own music store right here in Dinoland, USA.

Hester: Nothing can make your long journey drive home better than a catchy tune or a memorable melody!

Chester: All your 65 MA favorites are on sale, including fan favorites like: Pterro and the Datcylls, The Bronto Boys, rap artist T Rex, and of course those bad boys of rock and roll, the Snarling Raptors.

Hester: We'll be spinning that vinyl here for you all day and night, but why not take a tune or two home with you.

Chester: That's Chester and Hester's Stone Age Rock, located right beneath our radio tower here in the heart of all your favorite attractions.

Just a sample, do we need more stuff like that.

Chester and Hester can become meet-&-greet characters when this is finished and could walk around Disney's Animal Kingdom to showcase what great music they have in Dinoland USA. They could also do contests like the Streetmosphere performers do on Main Street USA, and have a wheel where you win a prize no matter which part you land on. I was at the mall when a radio station did that, and I won a water bottle. Other pizes included a sweatshirt, a Chick-Fil-A gift certificate, and a brand new car.

What do you think?
:D

I think it's great, and if we were allowed to do more, I would say let's add it. But if the audio animatronics were ruled to be outside of the project, I'm going to assume that a meet and greet would be as well.

Yeah...I think our weenie already has a lot of extras!

I also think we have a real chance of winning this one!

I just wanted to say...I am so happy I'm on THIS team!

You guys are all scary creative and talented!

It's a shame ManEatingWreath dropped out. Anyway I've done a playlist featuring ideas suggested earlier on.

AC/BC- Pterodactyl (Parody of Highway to Hell, seriously sing Pterodactyl over Highway to Hell and it does work)
The Rolling Bones- A Hard Paleolithic's Night
T-Rex feat Trixie- The Dino Sleeps Tonight (Hey, this could even be sung by Rex and Trixie from Toy Story 3)
Rappin' Raptors- The Dino-Rap Song
Boney Z- Dino Cool (Parody of Daddy Cool)
Was (Not Was)- Walk The Dinosaur (The Original)
The Cretaceous Crew- Jurassic Rock (Parody of Jailhouse Rock)
Rockin Rexes- Dancing Like A Stegosauras
Stegosmith- Stalk This Way
X-Tinction- Say Hello My Pretty Meteor

Is the radio going to be played out across the whole of Dinorama? Also is anyone providing a description of the store?

I think it will be broadcast in and out of the station, and in dinorama.

My idea for the shop:

-Sells Disney CDs,and CDs with songs from the station.
-Dinoland merch
-Interior walls-color scheme from the image I posted earlier.
-Shelves use red, teal and orange from dinorama.

Some speakers will be outside, but the majority will be interior music.

Also, here's an additional idea, have a large cardboard cut-out of a dinosaur promoting the music. (nickname said dinosaur 'Lucky'. ;))

I would provide a map, but I still don't know where we're placing this thing. I must of missed a couple of pages back.

It was posted. If you look at an aerial view, across from Dinorama, near the boneyard is an open concrete space. If you can't find where it is,I can try to get a link up.

Jason,are you posting it tonight?

Can't. I have to be at my band concert soon, so I won't have time to post it. (unless it's already done in which case I can post it as soon as possible.)
