January refurbishments....any ideas?

We are planning on going to WDW January 20th - 27th.

Are there any rides that are typically down for refurbishment around this time? (I know that at Disneyland, certain rides always go down around the same time each year but I'm not sure if it's like that at WDW.)

Have there been any talks about any rides going down for extensive refurbishment next January?

We got a locker every day during our January 2008 trip. We wore jeans and t-shirts every day but put jackets/sweatshirts in the locker for the evening. It worked out well. And lockers aren't that expensive (at least they weren't at the time, maybe they are more now?)

I like that when you get a locker if you hang onto your receipt you can get another locker at another park (if you park hop) for free. The locker rental is an all-day thing regardless of which park you go to.

Yeah, that was nice because we park hopped a couple days.
