His places are pretty popular in DC; I'm sure the same will be true at Disney Springs.

I prefer some of his other concepts over Jaleo though.

I've been to their location in Vegas. An excellent restaurant. Interestingly enough, it's actually at the same property as STK, the Cosmopolitan.

Jamon Iberico de Bellota is amazing. I travel to Madrid several times a year and this is the best ham in the world bar none. Hopefully, they do it right with either of the 2 best brands "Joselito" or "Cinco J's"

I've had ham in Spain and it is delicious. But I still like Honeybaked Ham the bestest!
