Kali River Rapids - I've ridden very similar rides at our local Six Flags and Holiday World and enjoyed them. I just never feel like getting soaked at Disney World. We also often visit in January, so it's either closed or too cold.

We have never been to Club Cool - I'm ashamed to admit I didn't even know about it until recently. Also haven't done the Frozen Singalong. Those two things we have on our list to do when we go in June. Haven't ridden the Liberty Boat either, but not sure if we care about that. Usually it's really hot and looking at the boat so crowded doesn't seem fun to us.

I was surprised to find that I've done everything in DHS! Then I remembered that that's not really much right now...
Never done Hall of Presidents, Sorcerers, or Carousel of Progress at MK, just because I never think or care to.
Aside from Gran Fiesta, some restaurants, and a few gift shops, I haven't done anything in World Showcase, including Frozen.
Haven't seen Living With The Land, Short Film Festival, or anything in the Imagination pavilion in FW. Never rode the Orange Side of M:S, because the Green Side is already a groan-worthy attraction, I imagine that but with a broken neck.
Never done Rafiki's Planet, Kali River Rapids, Nemo, or Primeval Whirl in AK. Also haven't done Pandora. Missed it by two weeks last trip. Dangit.

I'm sometimes impressed with how that guy is responsible for some of the best and worst things to ever happen to the company, especially with theme parks.

Some of your misses are totally fine. I wouldn't suggest that anyone waste time at the Short Film Festival, and Primeval Whirl is painful. However, you should check out Carousel of Progress - it's a classic and might seem a little dated, but Walt Disney was closely involved with it. There's no wait, so give it a shot! Living with the Land is my favorite attraction right now at Epcot - it's worth it at least once to see the giant greenhouse, and the first half is also cool. Plus, boat rides are always a must! At the Animal Kingdom, Nemo is a fun show to at least watch one time, and I'd be sure to see Pandora next time (obviously). Rafiki's Planet Watch isn't essential but is a nice little hideaway.
