Morning Stephie! Is the baby getting a stocking this year? :D We had a generic stocking we always hung up when I was expecting....put a little stuffed animal and maybe some baby socks in it. I was past the first trimester both times though.
And your doggy is adorable in the avvy today. :lol:

I'M A HORRIBLE MOTHERRRRR!!!! :cry::cry:

I supposed I'm close enough to 2nd tri that it might be ok. As of Sunday I'm 12-weeks. And, even though I said I wasn't going to buy anything for it until 2nd tri so as not to jinx anything....I did cheat and buy it a My First Disney Bear at WOD on 5th Ave a couple weeks ago. And a onesie I couldn't pass up that says "My Mommy Rocks". :lookaroun:o :king: Guess I could wrap those up.

No you're not! :p I understand about jinxing, I really do.....three years prior to Abby I had a miscarriage, but I wasn't far along at all (4-5 weeks). We struggled for three years of uncertainty, and when Abby was on the way, we didn't stop holding our breath till we saw her heartbeat on the ultrasound. I was only seven weeks at the time, but because of my history, we did an early ultrasound. The doctor was beaming - he said seeing that so soon was a good guarantee of going to term. So by Christmas I was around 4 months, and it was like we finally dared to hope. :o
11 1/2 years later....:animwink:

Awwww. :kiss: Yeah, I breathed a huge sigh of relief when I heard the heartbeat last week. I'll breathe an even bigger one next week after the first ultrasound.

Oh I cried a good bit last night watching Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas that Mickey and Minnie Gift of the Magi gets me everytime. :cry::cry::cry: When that little boy puts his bear up for the kids gift drive the waterworks begin...well continue.

I came in early this morning at like 6 to drop off my office presents from Santa so I am good and awake today-- for a change.

One of my co-workers made some awesome cookies- I will send you the recipe. She called them forgotten cookies, have you heard of them?

Once I was "in the loop", my Mom bribed me with being Santa's little helper. I loved getting up in the middle of the night w/ them and helping out...and eating the cookies. :lookaroun
